I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Sustainabilist as average. The company website at sustainabilist.com provides good information about their sustainability initiatives. I appreciate their efforts towards creating a more eco-friendly future. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their customer service. Overall, Sustainabilist is doing a decent job.
