I had a decent experience volunteering with Volunteering New Zealand. The organization provides a range of opportunities, although some projects could benefit from better coordination. While the staff is generally helpful, there were a few instances where communication was lacking. However, the overall impact made through volunteering is positive and it's a good way to give back to the community.
