What an amazing retreat I had with Time to Refocus Retreats! The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The program was well-designed and the facilitators were very knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to learn new techniques for self-reflection and self-care. The highlight of the retreat was the mindfulness meditation session, which left me feeling calm and centered.
