I had an average experience with Petpourri. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. I found their website to be a little confusing to navigate, and it took me a while to find the specific product I was looking for. However, once I placed my order, it arrived quickly and was in good condition. Overall, I would say that Petpourri is an okay company to purchase from.
