I recently attended prenatal yoga classes at a local studio and had a wonderful experience. The instructors were highly trained and provided modifications for each pose to accommodate the various stages of pregnancy. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, allowing me to connect with my baby and focus on my breathing. I felt strong and empowered after each class, and it helped me relax and prepare for labor. I highly recommend prenatal yoga to any expectant mother!
