I had both good and bad experiences with Arrow Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Overall, their service is average. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. The plans and packages they offer are decent, but the network coverage could be better. I hope they make improvements in the future.
