I recently booked a trip through their website and found the booking process to be straightforward and efficient. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of destinations and packages. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service I received when I had a few questions about my booking. It took a while to get a response, and the information provided was not very helpful. 🌍 Additionally, I felt that the prices were a bit on the high side compared to other travel agencies offering similar packages. Overall, it was an average experience - not exceptional but not terrible either. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find a better deal elsewhere, but I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
