👍 The company's website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciated the clear layout and the information provided about their services. However, I found their customer support to be a bit lacking. It took them several days to respond to my inquiry, and even then, the response was not very helpful. Although their services were average, I expected more prompt and efficient communication. Furthermore, when I received my appraisal report, I noticed a few errors that needed to be corrected. It was frustrating to have to go back and forth with them to get it resolved. Overall, while they did provide an average appraisal service, I was not entirely satisfied with the level of customer support and attention to detail.
