I recently purchased a few items from Lark & Owl. 🛍️ Overall, my experience was average. 👌 The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for without any hassle. However, the products I received were just okay. 😐 The quality was average at best, and I expected better considering the price. ☹️ The delivery was prompt, so that was a plus. 🚚 The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. 💁‍♀️ They answered my queries, but there was nothing that made me feel valued as a customer. I appreciate the effort they put into sustainability, ♻️ but it would be great to see that reflected in the products as well. Overall, Lark & Owl is an okay company, but there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer experience.
