The experience of buying a faucet from Kaiping coign sanitary ware co.ltd was decent overall. The product itself is of good quality and looks great in my bathroom. However, the installation instructions were not very clear and it took me a while to figure out how to properly install the faucet. The water flow is good and I haven't encountered any leaks so far. While I am satisfied with my purchase, I think the company could improve the installation instructions for a smoother customer experience.
