I have been with my current company for a few year...

I have been with my current company for a few years now and I have to say, the experience has been both positive and negative. My colleagues are great, and we work well as a team. However, I feel that the company could do more to support its employees and provide better opportunities for growth. There have been some instances where I've felt overlooked and undervalued. Overall, it's an average company to work for.
