I recently visited the comprehensive breast center and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided basic information about their services. 👍 However, I felt that the customer service lacked a personal touch 😕. The staff seemed more focused on completing tasks rather than making me feel comfortable during my visit. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, but I had to wait longer than expected. ⏰ The doctors were knowledgeable and answered my questions, which was reassuring. However, the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold and impersonal. ❄️ Although the center provided necessary services, I believe they could improve by enhancing the customer experience and ensuring more individualized attention. 😊
