As a customer of Koala Tea, Inc. dba Koala T Café, I have to say that their service is average. The staff is friendly but not very attentive. The quality of the drinks is decent, but nothing exceptional. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, but the seating can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's an okay place to grab a cup of tea.
