Overall, the culinary program at Maysville Community Technical College was decent. The instructors were knowledgeable, but some lacked enthusiasm. The curriculum covered the basics, but I was hoping for more advanced techniques. The hands-on experience was valuable, but there could have been more real-world applications. It's an okay program for those starting out in the culinary field.
