I recently purchased a security system from them and was impressed with the variety of options available on their website. 🏠 However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking as I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiries. 🕒 Additionally, the installation process was a bit confusing and could have been better explained. 💬 On a positive note, the system itself is reliable and functions well. Overall, I'd rate the experience as average. 👍
