I recently used a service on the website for buying an aircraft, and the experience was average. The website had a good selection of aircraft options and the process of browsing and selecting was smooth. However, the overall communication and customer service was only average. I found it difficult to get timely responses and felt that the team could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of my purchase. Additionally, the website could benefit from more detailed information about each aircraft, as I found myself needing to contact the company for additional details. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement in customer service and website information.
