I recently engaged the services of Safety@work consultancy pte ltd. and overall, my experience was average. The company website, safetyatwork.com.sg, provided helpful information about their services and expertise in workplace safety. However, I found the actual consultation process to be somewhat lacking. The consultants seemed knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm and a personal touch. The recommendations provided were generic and didn't fully cater to the specific needs of my company. While the company's rates were competitive, I expected more value for my money. The follow-up communication was also lacking, with delayed responses and a lack of proactivity. Overall, Safety@work consultancy pte ltd. provided an average service, meeting the basic requirements but lacking that extra level of professionalism and attention to detail that would have elevated the experience.
