I had a less than ideal experience with Diamond Indústria e Comércio do Brasil Ltda. The product I received was of poor quality, and when I contacted customer service for assistance, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I was quite disappointed with their lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
