I recently tried out the light therapy glasses from Light Therapy for Life, and my experience was okay. The glasses themselves are comfortable to wear, and the light intensity is adjustable, which is great. However, I found the website to be a bit overwhelming with too many product options. Additionally, the delivery time was longer than expected. Overall, it's an average product and service, but I believe there is room for improvement.
