I recently had to go to the emergency department and chose Spectrum Health - Gerber Memorial. While the care I received was satisfactory, it wasn't exceptional. The staff was professional, but not overly friendly. The facility was clean, but I felt it could have been better maintained. Overall, it was an average experience.
