I recently had the opportunity to work with this company for my accounting needs. I found their services to be satisfactory but nothing exceptional. The website was informative, easy to navigate, and provided me with all the necessary information I needed. However, I found the overall experience to be rather average. The customer service was prompt and polite, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to truly understand and cater to my specific needs. While they did deliver the services I required, I wasn't left with a sense of wow or complete satisfaction. Overall, I would rate this company as average in terms of their service and delivery.
