Our experience with Cape portfolios was average. The property we rented was decent, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations based on the listing. The booking process went smoothly, but we encountered some minor issues with communication during our stay. While the customer service team was responsive, we felt that they could have been more proactive in addressing our concerns. Overall, our vacation was enjoyable, but there is definitely room for improvement in certain aspects.
