My experience with prenatal yoga at Prenatal Plus Yoga, Inc. was overall positive. The classes were well-structured and focused on prenatal needs. The instructors were knowledgeable and accommodating. However, I felt that the pace of the classes could have been a bit slower for beginners or those with limited yoga experience. Nonetheless, it was a great opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers and relieve pregnancy-related stress.
