I recently used this real estate agency to help me find a new home in Sarasota. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about the properties they had available. The agents I worked with were polite and responsive to my inquiries. However, I found the agent's knowledge of the local market to be lacking. They seemed unfamiliar with certain neighborhoods and couldn't provide detailed insights. Additionally, the selection of available properties was somewhat limited, and many of them did not meet my specific requirements. While they were able to arrange viewings promptly, I felt they could have been more proactive in suggesting properties that matched my criteria. In terms of customer service, they were adequate, but there were no exceptional touches that made my experience stand out. Overall, an average realty company that may be suitable for some, but others might want to explore alternative options.
