It would have been helpful to have an estimated delivery time provided during the checkout process. Secondly, the packaging could have been better. The bottle arrived with a tiny dent, which was disappointing. Lastly, the customer service could have been more responsive. I had a query about my order and it took a while to receive a reply. Despite these issues, the quality of the wine was good, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
