I had an average experience with the World Flying Disc Federation. While their website was easy to navigate and had a lot of information, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. There were delays in responding to my inquiries and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. However, I do appreciate the work they do in promoting the sport of flying disc.
