I recently used this insurance company for my home insurance needs. Overall, the service was fine and the rates were competitive. However, I did find that their website was a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. It took me a while to find the information I needed. Despite that, the customer service was helpful and I was able to get my policy set up without any issues.
