I recently purchased a used car from this company, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The website was user-friendly and had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. However, the actual buying process was a bit more complicated than I expected. The customer service was average—nothing exceptional, but they were polite and helpful. The car itself was in decent condition, but I did notice a few minor issues that I wish had been disclosed upfront. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of transparency and customer service.
