I started attending Xtend Pilates classes a few months ago and I can already see a significant improvement in my overall fitness level. The instructors are very knowledgeable and provide personalized attention during the classes. The studio has a calming ambiance which adds to the overall experience. The classes are challenging but also fun, and I feel motivated to push myself to achieve more. Xtend Pilates is definitely worth every penny!
