I recently started taking capoeira classes at a local studio and it has been an amazing experience. The instructors are talented and dedicated, and the classes are a great workout. I have already noticed an improvement in my flexibility and strength. The studio has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and I feel comfortable and supported during every class.
