I had a mixed experience with Carolinas Counseling Group. While the therapists were knowledgeable and provided some helpful insights, I felt that the sessions lacked depth. There were times when I didn't feel fully understood or supported. However, overall, I would say that the counseling was average and did provide some benefit.
