👌 I recently had the opportunity to use the services of this flooring company. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their services. However, I did encounter some delays in getting a response to my inquiry, which was a little frustrating. Once we got things sorted out, the staff was friendly and professional. The installation process went smoothly, and the quality of the work was decent. However, I did notice a few minor issues with the finish, which were promptly addressed by the team. While I appreciate their willingness to correct the issues, it would have been better if they were able to catch them beforehand. In terms of pricing, it was on par with other flooring companies. In conclusion, while the service provided by this company was satisfactory, there is room for improvement. 😐
