I recently used this dry cleaning service and found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the option to schedule a pickup and delivery online. However, the service itself was not exceptional. I found the quality of the dry cleaning to be standard, and the turnaround time was longer than expected. The customer service was polite but did not go above and beyond. Overall, while the convenience was appreciated, the quality and service did not quite meet my expectations.
