I recently purchased an insurance policy through this company's website. While it was a fairly straightforward process and their website was user-friendly, I encountered some issues with their customer service. I reached out for assistance with a question regarding my policy and it took longer than expected to receive a response. Additionally, the representative I spoke to seemed a bit disinterested and did not provide much helpful information. I understand that companies can have off days, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

On a positive note, the pricing options they offered were competitive compared to other insurance providers I researched. The policy itself seems to be comprehensive and covers my needs adequately. However, the lackluster customer service experience did leave a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. I would recommend them for their competitive pricing, but I hope they work on improving their customer service in the future.
