I recently joined a pilates class and it's been an incredible journey. The classes are well-structured and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. I've seen improvements in my strength and flexibility in just a few weeks. Xtend Pilates is definitely a top-notch studio and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended!
