I recently used the event management services from i-e-m.org.uk and I must say that my experience was average overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services, which was helpful. However, I found the booking process to be a bit confusing and had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. The response time was satisfactory, but I expected a more seamless experience. On the day of the event, the staff was professional and managed everything efficiently, but I felt that there was a lack of attention to detail. There were a few small issues that could have been easily avoided. Overall, the company delivered on their promises, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer experience and attention to detail.
