I recently started banking with this cooperative bank and so far, I am quite satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary features. The staff is polite and helpful. The only area where I think they can improve is in terms of response time for customer queries. Overall, I would rate my experience as great.
