I have been a customer of Servisfirst bank for several years now and overall I have had a positive experience with them. The customer service has always been prompt and helpful, and their online banking platform is easy to use. I appreciate that they have competitive interest rates and low fees compared to some other banks. My only complaint would be that I wish they had more ATM locations, especially in rural areas. Overall, I would rate Servisfirst bank as great.
