🚚 I recently used this company to transport some goods from one city to another. While their website was easy to navigate and their prices seemed competitive, I found the overall experience to be average. The pickup and delivery were on time, which I appreciated. However, the customer service could have been better. The representatives were not very friendly and seemed disinterested in answering my questions. Additionally, the tracking system on their website was not updated in real-time, which made it difficult to track my shipment. The condition of the goods upon delivery was satisfactory, but there were a few minor dents and scratches. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and tracking accuracy. 🚚
