I recently purchased a home from this company, and while the overall experience was satisfactory, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The customer service was friendly and helpful, but at times I felt that communication could have been clearer and more regular. The quality of the home itself met my expectations, but there were a few minor issues that required attention after moving in. The location of the community is great, with convenient access to amenities and services. However, I found the pricing to be slightly higher than similar properties in the area. Overall, the company offers a decent product and service, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
