I recently used the services of this company and found the experience to be just okay. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was helpful. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive to my inquiries. The process of setting up my pension plan was smooth overall, but I did encounter a few hiccups along the way. I appreciate the effort put into the online resources, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of personalized assistance for clients. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope to see some improvements in the future. 🙂
