I have been attending workouts at 29againfitness.com for the past few months and I am really pleased with my progress. The classes are challenging but the trainers are always there to provide modifications or encouragement. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, making it easy to stay motivated. Overall, it's been a great experience and I would recommend it to others.
