I had a mixed experience with Small Law Firm Recruiting. While the communication was efficient and the staff were friendly, I found the overall process to be somewhat disorganized. The website was easy to navigate, but I feel like there could be more information provided about the company's success rate in placing candidates. The recruitment team did a great job of matching my skills with suitable positions, but I would have appreciated more guidance and feedback throughout the interview process. Overall, it was an average experience.
