I recently had the opportunity to use a service from computer-wiz.net and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of services to choose from. The ordering process was smooth and I received prompt email updates regarding the progress of my order. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I reached out with a question, it took quite some time to receive a response, and even then, the answer provided was not very helpful. Additionally, the turnaround time for my service was longer than anticipated. The quality of the service itself was satisfactory, but not outstanding. While I would consider using computer-wiz.net again for their convenience, I would hope to see improvements in their customer service and speed of delivery.
