The pilates classes at Xtend Pilates are fantastic! The instructors are highly skilled and create a welcoming environment. The workouts are challenging but also enjoyable, and I've seen improvements in my strength and flexibility since I started attending. Xtend Pilates is definitely one of the best studios in town!
