I recently had to visit a hospital for a medical issue and had a terrible experience. The staff was unhelpful and seemed more interested in their own conversations than in providing care. The facilities were outdated and not very clean. However, when I visited Grand Island Regional Medical Center, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were state-of-the-art. I felt like I was in good hands and would definitely choose this hospital again if needed.
