I had the opportunity to seek help from a counseling program at Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut, and I must say it was a life-changing experience. The counselors were attentive, compassionate, and gave me valuable tools to navigate through my difficulties. I am grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend their services. The website, childguidancect.org, is also very helpful in providing information about the center's programs and resources.
