The service provided by Creative awnings & shelters was average. I had high expectations from this company, but they fell short in delivering a quality product. The awning I purchased started to tear within a few months, and their customer support was not very helpful in resolving the issue. I had to spend additional money to get it repaired. Overall, I would not recommend Creative awnings & shelters.
