I had a very average experience with Blackline recruiting & consulting. The company website blacklinehc.com is easy to navigate and offers a lot of information. However, I found the overall service to be just average. The communication was lacking, and I had to constantly follow up for updates. The recruiting process also took longer than expected. The team was knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond. Overall, I would say Blackline is an average consulting firm.
