I recently ordered a bouquet of orchids from the company's website. The ordering process was fairly easy and the website was user-friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the flowers. The orchids did not look as vibrant and fresh as they appeared on the website. 🌺 The delivery was prompt and the packaging was secure, but upon opening, some of the petals were already wilted. 📦 The customer service was friendly and responsive, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer a satisfactory resolution for the issue. 😔 Overall, my experience was average. While I appreciate the effort put into the delivery process and customer service, the subpar quality of the orchids was disappointing. I hope the company can improve the freshness and appearance of their flowers in the future. 🌿
